We maintain an exclusive one-party-per-day policy, regardless of group size. Typically, we accommodate groups of 2-8 people, ensuring personalized attention and flexibility. For larger groups or corporate events, we can arrange multiple guides while maintaining the exclusive, private nature of your experience.

Your experience includes professional guiding services, all lift passes, and luxury transportation from/to your accommodation. Equipment rental, accommodation, and additional activities can be arranged as part of our full concierge service.

Hakuba's ski season runs from early December through March, with peak powder conditions typically from January to February. For the deepest snow and authentic Japanese powder experience, we recommend January. March offers more stable weather with excellent snow. While skiing is possible after April, conditions are not ideal and we recommend visiting between December and March for the best experience.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (December-February). Due to our exclusive one-party-per-day policy, availability is limited. For holiday periods and special events, booking 4-6 months ahead ensures you secure your preferred dates.

Hakuba offers diverse terrain across multiple resorts, allowing us to find excellent skiing even in challenging conditions. If alpine conditions are unsafe, we can explore tree skiing, visit lower elevation areas, or arrange cultural experiences like sake tasting, onsen visits, or traditional craft workshops. We guarantee a memorable day regardless of weather.
